Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various industries, from e-commerce platforms to healthcare applications. These experiences have shaped my approach to allow for a leadership approach and taking a macro perspective for the responsibility.

During my five years at Huawei Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, I spearheaded the successful delivery of critical projects spanning network management, network security, in-memory database development, and Linux OS distribution. My commitment to quality and timely delivery ensured that all projects consistently met or exceeded client expectations.

My responsibilities encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from program and project management to stakeholder engagement and resource allocation. I provided strategic direction through comprehensive scope, time, and cost estimations, meticulous planning, scheduling, and tracking. I also implemented robust risk management strategies, prioritizing risks and developing effective mitigation plans.

A key focus was on optimizing project processes and enforcing quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives. I leveraged Agile methodologies, introducing Scrum practices and Continuous Integration setups to enhance project efficiency and delivery speed.

As the primary client interface, I built strong relationships through transparent reporting, surveys, and aligning project planning with client product roadmaps. I actively participated in product demos, providing valuable insights and support throughout implementation.

Beyond technical leadership, I actively contributed to Wipro’s business development by preparing RFPs and providing accurate estimations for prospective clients, effectively showcasing our Java Full Stack capabilities. My strategic leadership and technical expertise in Java Full Stack development were instrumental in the successful delivery of projects, generating tangible benefits for both Wipro and our clients.

I also actively participated in talent acquisition and team building initiatives, helping to strengthen the LG CNS team. Senior Software Engineer

At IBM, I thrived as a Senior Software Engineer from 2004 to 2005, leading the design and development of robust Java full-stack applications. My role involved translating complex business needs into clear Functional Requirements and Detailed Designs, ensuring all deliverables aligned with project goals. I demonstrated strong project management skills by spearheading the migration of critical projects like IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) and LSP (Load, Soak, and Performance) from AT&T USA.

My responsibilities encompassed the entire software development lifecycle, from crafting Software Requirement Documents (SRDs) and High-Level/Detailed Designs to coordinating developer tasks and ensuring adherence to requirements. I was also instrumental in conducting Load, Soak, and Performance testing, guaranteeing the reliability and robustness of our applications.

Collaboration was key to my success at IBM. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including Testing, Systems, Usability Consultancy, and Release Management, to streamline processes and drive project success. My time at IBM was marked by a dedication to delivering high-quality software solutions that exceeded client expectations.

My time at L&T Infotech from 2000 to 2004 was marked by significant contributions to a diverse range of projects. I played a key role in developing software for Light Combat Aircrafts (LCA), PC-based Open Architecture systems for Multi-Function-Up Front Control Panel Test Simulators, and Convergys ISP’s automated billing and rating system. My responsibilities spanned the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and development through to rigorous testing and ongoing maintenance.

I leveraged my expertise in C, C++, RTRT, Ada93, Java, and Linux (Fedora), utilizing the Ration Rose UML tool for software design. My commitment to quality was evident in my active involvement in preparing comprehensive system and unit test cases. Beyond technical contributions, I was also actively involved in the SEI-CMM level 4 certification process, demonstrating my dedication to process improvement. Furthermore, I served on the interview panel for hiring technical staff, contributing to the growth and development of the team. My experience at L&T Infotech solidified my passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to complex technical challenges.

Software Engineer

My journey in software engineering began at CSIR – National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), where I spent a pivotal year and a half from 1999 to 2000 contributing to groundbreaking aerospace projects. I was deeply involved in the design, development, and testing of critical software modules for initiatives such as the Trisonic Blow Down Wind Tunnel, used for testing combat aircraft and missiles, and the Auto Pilot Interface for the SARAS aircraft. My responsibilities extended to developing PC-based controllers for braiding machines, which played a crucial role in producing various aircraft structures.

Throughout my time at NAL, I honed my skills in assembly language, C, C++, Java, and Linux (Fedora), crafting reliable and efficient software solutions. I also gained valuable experience in preparing high-level and detailed design documents, as well as comprehensive system and unit test cases, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability in our software products. This experience ignited my passion for leveraging software engineering to drive innovation and advancement in the aerospace industry.
